Cybozu Expands Footprint into the Philippines - Launches in Manila to Provide APAC Support Services

Cybozu, Inc. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshihisa Aono; hereinafter referred to as "Cybozu") has commenced operations in the Philippines. It launched its Asia-Pacific customer support service in Manila, the Philippines, in March 2025.

Cybozu’s Philippines launch is targeted at users of Kintone in APAC. Developed by Cybozu, Kintone is a customizable digital workplace platform designed to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes. It is trusted by over 37,000 companies globally, including more than 40% of Prime market companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).

Background on Establishing the Customer Support Services in Manila, the Philippines

Cybozu has actively expanded its presence in the APAC region, establishing overseas offices in Malaysia in March 2022, and Thailand in March 2024. With a growing demand for robust support infrastructure to facilitate continued growth, Cybozu launched its Manila-based customer support services to provide English-language email assistance to Kintone users throughout the Asia-Pacific region. This is Cybozu’s second overseas customer support service, following on from the first one in Los Angeles, which serves Kintone users based in the United States.
