IT and manpower solutions provider registered in the Philippines

Maximum Solutions (MS) Corp is an IT and manpower solutions provider which was established in March 2001 in Manila, Philippines. Paolo was the Sales and Account Manager at MSCorp, overseeing a team of 4 when the pandemic broke out. Together with a Kintone consultant, he led his team to quickly replace their paper and spreadsheet-based workflow with 12 connected database and workflow apps: one for each stage of the order process.
In addition, his team’s communications were moved onto the Kintone platform, facilitating a smooth transition to remote work. To maximize transparency and cooperation, they even added dashboards to their workspace, which gave management a permanent overview of what needed to be improved.
When we asked Paolo what his favorite part of the Kintone platform was, he enthusiastically pointed to the project management feature, saying,
We no longer have to sign the pile of papers that has been compiled each week.
Now we can remove delays by just managing the process and completing approvals digitally in Kintone. Thanks to this we have three times less printing to do, saving us a lot of time and costs.”
The benefits of implementing Kintone were so resounding, and the platform’s uptake at MSCorp grew rapidly. To date, they have 49 registered users and over 100 applications, customized for a variety of departments including HR, Logistics, Procurement, and Accounting.
