How IT Solutions Provider MSCorp Went Digital in the Middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic

Maximum Solutions (MS) Corp is an IT and manpower solutions provider which was established in March 2001 in Manila, Philippines. When the coronavirus pandemic hit in 2020, they realized they had to move away from their paper and spreadsheet-based workflows, and quickly. With 200 employees across the country, MSCorp had three initial requirements for their solution:

When Kintone was introduced to him by one of Kintone Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd’s local partners in the Philippines, they were skeptical. No-code solutions were not well known, and they had concerns over privacy, security, and the platform’s seemingly steep learning curve. Luckily, they were reassured by a Kintone consultant, who guided the company through their trial period and even went so far as to build them custom Kintone applications.

We no longer have to sign the pile of papers that has been compiled each week.

Now we can remove delays by just managing the process and completing approvals digitally in Kintone. Thanks to this we have three times less printing to do, saving us a lot of time and costs.” 

The benefits of implementing Kintone were so resounding, and the platform’s uptake at MSCorp grew rapidly. To date, they have 49 registered users and over 100 applications, customized for a variety of departments including HR, Logistics, Procurement, and Accounting.
